Adventure Time nails!

It's nail art time! I attempted some nail art, inspired by the cartoon Adventure Time.
All of this was freehanded, but I think its about time I invest in some acrylic and nail art brushes - this turned our messier than I thought. However, the rainbow was my favourite part. I might have to do all-rainbow nails sometime. What do you think?

Rainbow Frosting and Sprinkles - nail art

Spring doesn't feel like it's here yet and I felt like getting more practice doing the drippy frosting tips, so I ended up doing something cupcakey. Rainbow skittles with white tips and OPI Save Me glitter on top! I wish these were a little more neon and I'm sad it doesn't show as well with the yellow color, but otherwise these turned out very cheery. Sort of reminds me of Easter, actually!
What are your thoughts on this?

Pac Man nails

I attempted pacman nails and they turned out so good!!
I started with 2-3 coats of each color, then did white dots with a chopstick for eyes, dotted black inside as well. After that, I cut a sawtooth design into the tape and applied it with the teeth down. Painted black from the base and up, removed the tape and Voila! Adorable googly-eyed ghosts! I made pac man by taping off the mouth and doing a black dot with a chopstick. I'm really happy the way this turned out...I want to do more video game nails! Any suggestions?

Rainbow skittles with crackle

click for big!

Since it's autumn and summer has sadly passed, I wanted to do something a little more "edgy".
I love bright colours, so I started with skittles, then black crackle my Sally Hansen (works the same as OPI black shatter). The crackle dries matte, so I added Seche Vite on top, making it into shiny nail candy!
I'm very pleased with the result, crackles tend to make manis stand out so much more for me.
